How do I order prescription medicines?
Simply upload a clear photo or PDF of your prescription at checkout or from your dashboard. Our licensed pharmacists verify it within 2–4 hours during business hours, and dispatch your order as soon as it is approved.
What is the delivery timeline?
Metro cities: 1–2 business days. Tier 2 cities: 2–4 business days. Express 4-hour delivery is available in select areas for an additional fee. You'll receive SMS & email tracking updates once shipped.
What is your return policy?
Sealed, unopened OTC products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Prescription medicines, opened products, cold-chain items, and personal-care products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes — COD is available on orders up to $5,000 in most serviceable pincodes. We also accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Sanjeevani Group Wallet. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
